It is a good time to pay tribute to the valiant pioneers & all those who are associated with Shree Brahma Samaj Seva Trust (BSST)from its very inception. We have started our journey of sustainable development with a mission to improve the lives of the downtrodden and socio economically deprived people of the community. Since then BSST is working tirelessly in order to achieve the same. In the Financial Year 2015-2016, BSST has crossed the one year of adulthood by completing 19 years of efficacious efforts in the field of Holistic Social Development. Our journey has been full of learnings, with combination of Successes and Challenges. We have carried out various development programs with new initiatives as well as some continued long sustained projects in the areas of Livelihood, Health, Education, Environment, Capacity Building, Communication etc. None of this would have been possible without the support of our Stake holders – Funders, Government Partners, Academic Partners, Corporate CSR Partners & Volunteers – who have all contributed in a significant manner. We take this opportunity to thank each one of you for your belief in our work and for your continued support. Finally, I would like to thank the true ‘Heroes’ of Brahma Samaj Seva Trust – our staff who toil hard in demanding environments to take us closer to our vision to provide a quality life to the downtrodden and socio economically deprived section of the society for a sustainable growth. With limited own corpus fund and with the support of Donor Agencies, BSST is making sincere efforts in Gujarat State by working on different issues related to the community since inception however; to support and empower the destitute and vulnerable by providing them Education, Vocational Training & Livelihood is our focus area.Along with this BSST have a people, policy, process, technology and management consulting wing that assist organizations / clients to develop innovative solutions of high value to achieve excellence.


3. GEOGRAPHICAL REACH…

BSST has a strong presence in Gujarat State. During these 17 years of Social Development Journey, BSST has worked in all 33 districts of Gujarat State through its various programmes funded by Gujarat State Government, Central Government, International Donors, Private Donors as well as its own corpus fund.
The Mehsana office in Gujarat is the Registered Office of BSST, however; Patan office serves as Head Administrative Office of the organisation. Additionally, BSST has 3 well equipped Project Offices at Ahmedabad, Gandhinagar & Kutchh besides 4 Field Offices at Changodar, Adalaj, Patan, Gandhidham.
Apart from that, BSST has project based temporary offices in different parts of Gujarat.
Furthermore, we are expanding our outreach in districts of neighbouring states viz. Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh and Maharashtra.

5. TEAM @ BSST

The BSST works with a team of qualified and enthusiastic professionals who actively participate in implementing various programmes of the organization. We are also in constant process to build our capacities with intense training programmes within the organization and also grabbing opportunities of capacity building by attending various training programmes organized by other organizations and institutions. The organization also seeks support from eminent professionals as and when required for qualitative programme implementation as well as to build programme strategy. We also envisage having associations with other like - minded organizations and institutions for knowledge building and putting in a collective effort for a cohesive approach towards development. Our Team consists of highly skilled professionals with diverse qualifications and experience in varied sectors of social development.
